GlennArt Arms Transitional Housing Program
Family Supportive Housing runs a scattered-site transitional housing program that serves homeless families throughout Santa Clara County. Prospective clients must be referred by a case manager/worker, must be literally homeless, must have a child in their physical and legal custody, and must reside in Santa Clara County. Once accepted into the program, families are offered a wide array of supportive services all centered around increasing income and education to be able to support independent living.
