Seven Days a Week

The Here4You call center hotline is designed to centralize referrals for clients needing shelter in Santa Clara County.

Here4You can help:

●Match people to emergency shelters, including transportation
●Make referrals and linkages to community resources based on client needs

Here4You is able to:

●Assist with a wide-range of clients (ages 18+)
●Provide shelter referrals designated by the County of Santa Clara Office of Supportive Housing
●Match people to emergency shelters, including transportation to the shelters

Homelessness Prevention System

Need help paying rent?

Family Supportive Housing works in partnership with Sacred Heart Community Service, Santa Clara County’s Office of Supportive Housing, Destination: Home, the City of San José, and 19 community organization partners to provide assistance to low-income families or individuals at risk of losing their housing through the Santa Clara County Homelessness Prevention System (HPS) program. All Santa Clara County residents who are low-income (based on federal guidelines) and currently housed but at risk of becoming homeless are welcome to apply for HPS assistance, which includes: temporary financial assistance, legal support, case management, and other services.
